The Beach Hotel - Minehead

3-star beachfront hotel with an apprentice-run hospitality model and theatre kitchen on the Somerset coast

Dining & Theatre Kitchen

The Beach Hotel is home to the award-winning Galley restaurant, where dishes are prepared in an open theatre kitchen that lets guests watch the food preparation in action. Breakfast is included in the room rate and features local produce, with options like a full English or a garden breakfast with halloumi and avocado. The hotel operates as a training ground for apprentices, so meals are cooked and served by young people gaining hands-on experience.

The hotel provides fully accessible rooms equipped with hoist systems and grab rails to accommodate guests with mobility needs. All rooms include an en-suite bath or shower room, and some have walk-in wardrobes and roll-top baths.
